Michael J. Miller

Chief Executive Officer

Michael J. Miller

Mike Miller oversees Caravel Autism Health’s business operations. He focuses on creating an environment of operational excellence so that our clinical autism health experts can invest their energies into the continuous improvement in the quality of treatment we offer to children and families. Mike has more than 20 years of experience leading and working with growing businesses that strive to be the best in their fields. He earned his bachelor of science degree in marketing from Miami University and his master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Chief Operating Officer

Bill Drehkoff

Bill Drehkoff serves Caravel Autism Health’s operations teams, supporting all clinical locations, client experience, and market development. He focuses on building and developing highly engaged teams and providing the resources to enable them to deliver outstanding clinical services across all of Caravel’s service platforms.  Bill has over 20 years of experience in building and transforming businesses, with over a decade served in a variety of healthcare sectors via strategy, general management and principal investing roles.  He earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics and classical studies from Dartmouth College and his master’s degree in business administration, with honors, from the University of Chicago.
Eric J. Lund

Chief Clinical Officer

Eric J. Lund, Psy.D., ABPP, BCBA-D

Dr. Lund leads Caravel Autism Health’s team of expert clinicians. He has specialized in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders for more than 14 years. Dr. Lund earned his doctorate in clinical psychology and pursued postdoctoral studies in Applied Behavior Analysis and clinical psychopharmacology. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Lund is board certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has developed innovative approaches to treating children with autism based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Chief Financial Officer

Greg Theodorakis

As chief financial officer of Caravel Autism Health, Greg is responsible for ensuring that accurate financial information and insightful analysis is provided to all stakeholders. Prior to joining Caravel, Greg led several finance teams helping to support organizations through periods of extreme growth. He began his career in public accounting serving companies in the healthcare services and technology industries through the role of senior manager at KPMG.

Greg earned his master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a bachelor of science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

VP of Minnesota Clinical Operations

Jackie Vick

Jackie Vick is leading the expansion of Caravel Autism Health’s high-quality autism treatment in the state of Minnesota. Her experience and passion to change the lives of children enables Jackie to focus on the development of clinical locations to serve children and their families impacted by autism across Minnesota. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she is able to hire as well as mentor and support strong clinical teams in providing the very best of treatment to our clients. Jackie earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and special education from Winona State University and a master’s degree in special education from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

VP of Human Resources

Gaile M. Omori, SPHR

Ms. Omori brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to Caravel, including leadership at Fortune 50 companies such as GE Capital and Sears holdings and healthcare and private equity companies such as Athletico, Millennium Pharmacy Systems, Evangelical Health Systems (now Advocate). Ms. Omori has a proven track record of developing, planning, and overseeing human resources strategies and tactics that support the company’s business plan and operating strategies. Her focus is on blending team building, change management, executive leadership, and verbal/written communication with strategic and tactical HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience where the workforce is productive, satisfied, and delivers quality results.

Ms. Omori holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago.
