Amy Koglin, MS, LMFT, BCBA
Amy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services. After attending Rutgers University, she received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College in 2011. Amy completed her coursework in Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. She began her career at IDS in 2009 as a Behavior Technician and through the years has worked in a multitude of roles including; a clinical intern, a home-based senior treatment manager, a center-based senior treatment manager, and a lead clinician. Amy has a range of experience, including providing direct 1:1 treatment, supervising ABA therapy, facilitating social interaction and working closely with parents and families. Amy specializes in working with children and adults who experience mental health challenges in addition to their diagnosis of ASD.
Lisa Krank, MS, BCBA
Lisa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in the State of Wisconsin. She has been working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders since 2003. She received her bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University in 2008, where she majored in psychology and minored in public administration. Lisa returned to school in 2014 to earn her Master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. Lisa is currently working towards earning her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical experience includes developing comprehensive treatment plans, writing and implementing treatment programs, staff supervision, family and parent training, and developing behavior intervention plans for problem behavior.
Mindy Schmeling, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Mindy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Wisconsin. After receiving an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Mindy pursed a Master of Science in Education from Concordia University of Wisconsin. During that time, Mindy worked in a variety of roles at IDS such as a Behavior Technician and Senior Treatment Manager and has been with the company for over 10 years. Most recently, Mindy completed her certificate in Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Mindy has a range of experience specifically in providing direct 1:1 treatment, treatment planning and implementation, and parent training. Mindy specializes in working with children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She looks forward to continuing her work teaching communication and social skills within the client’s home and IDS’ clinic settings.
Megan Sellers, M.S., BCBA
Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services (IDS). She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point before joining IDS in 2011. Megan began as a behavior technician working directly with children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. During her time at IDS, Megan attended Capella University, earning her Master’s of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her experience in the field includes increasing social, communication, and independent living skills as well as decreasing challenging behavior in the clinic, home and community settings. Witnessing the amount of positive change for individuals and families through the years makes Megan excited to continue to provide quality and effective ABA services to those on the Autism Spectrum.
