Melissa Hass, MA, BCBA
Melissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed through the state of Wisconsin. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism at Ball State University. She has been with IDS since 2012 and has enjoyed getting to know many children and their families through the years. She has experience in treatment planning, behavior technician supervision, parent coaching and consultation, and behavior management. She is passionate about teaching children and adolescents communication and social skills within the home and center settings.
Amber Kiefer, MA, BCBA, LBA
Amber is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the state of Wisconsin. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2018, Amber completed her Master of Arts degree in Professional Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has been working with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with ASD for the past five years. Amber has experience providing ABA therapy in the home, clinic, and community settings. In addition, Amber is passionate about teaching functional daily living skills and promoting community engagement to further enrich the lives of the individuals she serves.
Danielle Mroz, MA, BCBA
Danielle received her Bachelors in Psychology from Drake University in Des Moines Iowa. After graduating she began working in a clinical setting providing applied behavior analysis services to children and adolescents with ASD. Danielle took courses through Ball State University to receive her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2018 and is licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Her experience includes treatment planning, parent and family training, staff supervision and implementing proactive and reactive strategies to decrease engagement in challenging behaviors.
