Meet the CCOE Leadership Team
With more than 100 years of cumulative clinical experience, the CCOE leadership team ensures Caravel provides exceptional care and support to children with autism and their families.
A highly experienced clinical leader with almost 20 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, Dr. Hahs joined the Caravel team in May 2025. As our chief clinical officer, he will work to continue advancing Caravel’s clinical excellence and our proprietary outcomes platform, PathTap.
Across his career, Dr. Hahs has led exceptional BCBA development programs, published innovative research in prestigious journals, and collaborated with academic and provider groups to accelerate high-quality autism care. Most recently, he served as the chief science officer for Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers. Dr. Hahs earned his doctoral degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where his research interests included language acquisition, high-risk behavior assessment and reduction, and clinical behavior analysis in autism care.
As director of quality assurance and outcomes, Dr. Lisa ensures the delivery of high-quality services and strong clinical outcomes. She oversees quality assurance and improvement programs, leads the execution of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical practices, directs outcomes data strategy, and supports clinical leaders in the field.
Having worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2003, Dr. Lisa has extensive experience working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of settings. Throughout her career, she has conducted one-on-one treatment, developed and implemented comprehensive therapy plans, provided staff supervision and family and caregiver training, collaborated across disciplines, and developed behavior intervention plans for problem behavior. Dr. Lisa is a BCBA and earned her doctoral degree from the Chicago School. She has worked in a variety of different capacities, most recently as clinic director overseeing all clinical and operational activities. Her research interests include staff and caregiver training, verbal behavior, skill acquisition, and client outcomes.
In addition to her role at Caravel, Lisa is an adjunct instructor at the Chicago School and Ball State University, where she teaches graduate level courses in ABA and special education. Lisa also currently serves as the conference chair for the Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis (WisABA).
Carrie Wingert is Caravel’s Director of Clinical Training and Development, where she oversees behavior technician onboarding and development, as well as the Clinical Training Specialist team. She is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical training programs across roles, ensuring teammates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to provide high-quality, ethical care. Carrie also serves as Caravel’s CEU Coordinator, supporting continuing education initiatives as an ACE provider with the BACB, and partners closely with the Clinical Center of Excellence on broader clinical initiatives, including CEU programming and BCBA onboarding.
Carrie has been a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2005 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010. Her experience spans roles from direct service to program leadership, supporting both children and adults with developmental disabilities across a variety of settings. She is deeply committed to research-informed, individualized care and believes that strong training and development systems are essential to achieving meaningful outcomes for the children and families served. Carrie is particularly passionate about mentoring and developing others in the field, recognizing that investing in teammates is one of the most impactful ways to ensure high-quality services.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a master’s degree in behavior analysis and therapy from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
A cofounder of Caravel, Chris has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the United States, Canada, and Europe since 1994. He has held various roles throughout his career—from behavior therapist to clinic director to overseeing operations and diagnostics—and was among the first to bring ABA to Fox Valley, Wisconsin. Chris is passionate about providing high-quality autism treatment to those in need. He equally loves working with children and their families, helping them learn new skills, and aiding employees to develop and grow within their positions.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from St. Norbert College, his master of science in counseling from Capella University, and his BCBA certification from Florida Institute of Technology.
Dr. Fuller comes to Caravel with 25 years of experience in the ABA field. He brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational behavior management, robust experience in instructional design, and a passion for creating a learning environment that equips teammates with the means to reach their highest potential and to provide our clients with the optimal level of care.
Most recently, Dr. Fuller was the director of practicum and research at Centria Autism; he has previously held a wide range of roles across the field, from behavior analyst to intellectual property manager to senior clinical content strategist. He received his master’s degree and his doctorate in psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno.
