Our team of clinical experts specializes in evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for young children on the autism spectrum. Caravel’s research-based and data-driven programs are designed to help children with autism reshape their development and embrace new ways of interacting with the world.

Meet the Leadership Team
The leadership team of Caravel Autism Health is committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity—ensuring that every aspect of our services meets the evolving needs of our families.
A highly experienced clinical leader with almost 20 years of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, Dr. Hahs joined the Caravel team in May 2025. As our chief clinical officer, he will work to continue advancing Caravel’s clinical excellence and our proprietary outcomes platform, PathTap.
Across his career, Dr. Hahs has led exceptional BCBA development programs, published innovative research in prestigious journals, and collaborated with academic and provider groups to accelerate high-quality autism care. Most recently, he served as the chief science officer for Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers. Dr. Hahs earned his doctoral degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale where his research interests included language acquisition, high-risk behavior assessment and reduction, and clinical behavior analysis in autism care.
Joining Caravel as our chief people officer in July 2025, Amy brings deep expertise in teammate engagement, leadership development, and training. She previously held chief people officer roles at Builders FirstSource, U.S. Anesthesia Partners, TDIndustries, and Pizza Hut Global. Passionate about investing in the development of future leaders, she serves as a board member of the Southern Methodist University Human Resources Advisory Roundtable, the Gartner Company’s CHRO Community, Airvet.com, and Boomerang HR Software, and is a thought leader of the CHRO Partners National Mastermind Group. Amy earned a bachelor of business administration from Texas A&M University with a focus in human capital strategy and leadership and is presently pursuing a master’s degree in theological studies from the King’s University and Seminary.
Alia has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2006, working with children and their families to build creative programming to help them reach their full potential. She enjoys sharing the principles of ABA with a wide range of individuals—training entry-level and seasoned clinicians, leading parent trainings, coordinating and collaborating with school teams, and presenting for community groups. She has also formed and led multiple social skill groups to teach advanced skills to individuals attending school. Alia has found so much joy creating positive change in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is thankful to be part of a team who shares that joy.
Alia received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with an emphasis in ABA, from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University.
Joining Caravel in September 2025, Charles brings extensive experience in data warehousing and analytics, with a strong track record at multisite healthcare organizations. As our vice president of data and analytics, he will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of initiatives that transform data into actionable insights—ultimately serving Caravel families with greater impact.
Most recently Charles led the data and analytics functions at The Smilist, a dental group with over 110 locations across the Northeast. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co., an orthopedic physician practice management group, and Axia Women’s Health. Charles holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Maryland.
Joining Caravel in 2023 as our chief financial officer, Erin is committed to optimizing Caravel’s financial initiatives and strategies to best support our mission. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having successfully navigated diverse industry landscapes to drive sustainable growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Prior to coming to Caravel, Erin served as CFO at Elevate Women’s Health, where she built a best-in-class team, establishing metrics and a data infrastructure to support the reporting. She also spent nearly five years with DermCare Management, where she led FP&A, budgeting, and acquisitions. Throughout her career, Erin has also been dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion—a dedication she brings to Caravel.
As vice president of Marketing and Communications, Gordon provides leadership on cultivating expanded access for our services, managing messaging for all audiences, and championing the Caravel brand. Through these efforts, he directly supports Caravel’s plans to lead the field while also helping the company make meaningful connections with the array of people involved with our mission. In prior roles, Gordon has successfully led teams driving growth for both Fortune 500 companies and more entrepreneurial organizations. Gordon is a graduate of both Amherst College and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kailee has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012 with a particular focus on early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI). She began her career as a registered behavior technician and has never looked back, working her way up through lead and BCBA positions along with earning a doctorate degree in ABA. This varied experience gives her a well-rounded knowledge of the field and how to effectively design and implement treatment. Kailee is passionate about seeing the little gains clients make and seeing the impact it makes on their family’s life outside of therapy. As clinic director, she is looking forward to continuing to spread information about and the benefits of ABA.
As Divisional VP of Operations, Jennifer develops and grows our teammates in this region while also contributing to the leadership of important, organization-wide initiatives. Jen has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007, serving kids as well as adults across a wide range of developmental disabilities in various settings: clinics, homes, schools, daycares, and group homes. She became a clinic director in 2017 and a regional director at Caravel in 2019. Jen also served as the conference chair on the Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis for five years. She is passionate about building a supportive environment to develop strong clinicians who deliver the highest-quality treatment.
As vice president of clinical excellence, Dr. Jodi sustains Caravel’s vision for compassionate, high-quality care. Responsible for the development, implementation, and excellence of clinical programs, she plans and directs improvement practices through education, mentoring, behavioral systems analysis, and ongoing evaluation of clinical operation outcomes. Dr. Jodi has more than 18 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—providing care, directing clinical and operational programs, consulting, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting research. She is a board certified behavior analyst and earned her doctoral degree in rehabilitation from Southern Illinois University.
As Divisional VP of Operations, Jess provides leadership support to the area’s clinic directors while expanding treatment access for clients. Jess started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2005 as a behavior technician in both clinic and home settings. She took on senior roles before starting and running her own autism therapy facility for eight years. During that time, Jess also had the opportunity to contribute to structuring an Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate Program through Fox Valley Technical College, a program that she continues to teach. She is passionate about people and the progress they make whether that is through work that they do or what they learn. Jess loves visiting the Packerland clinics and getting to spend some time with her teammates and the clients Caravel serves.
As vice president of patient financial services, Larry focuses on ensuring families can access and continue care through their insurance. Having worked in patient financial services for more than 25 years for both large health systems and small hospitals, he has extensive experience in all facets of the billing cycle. Before joining Caravel in 2017, Larry served as revenue cycle director for a critical access hospital and a large regional health system. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a major in marketing and received an MBA from Benedictine University.
Mike leads Caravel Autism Health with a focus on building its team of passionate clinicians, investing in results-driven technology, and establishing industry-leading practices to provide better clinical outcomes for children with autism and their families. Mike has more than 20 years of experience working with and evolving growing businesses to be the best in their fields. He earned his bachelor of science degree in marketing from Miami University and his master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Pete joined Caravel in March 2025, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in information technology. A dedicated leader with a focus on mission-driven work, he is committed to partnering with clinical, operational, and corporate teams to enable exceptional outcomes through the use of technology. Pete has a wealth of expertise in critical IT areas such as information security, data analytics, tailored IT solutions, and aiding healthcare organizations in their growth and scalability. Prior to Caravel, he served as CIO at United Musculoskeletal Partners and Axia Women’s Health. Pete holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Joining Caravel as our chief operating officer in January 2025, Rob brings over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional therapy services and driving long-term growth by way of optimizing operations and leveraging technology. Prior to joining Caravel, Rob served as chief operating officer at Fast Pace Health, senior vice president at CityMD, and in other leadership positions at Sound Physicians and American HomePatient. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and sociology from Duke University and his MBA in finance and marketing from University of Chicago.
As our vice president of corporate development, Tom leads Caravel’s growth plans as we look to expand treatment access across a growing geography. Joining Caravel in January 2025, Tom brings over nine years of healthcare and corporate development. He was most recently vice president of real estate and portfolio strategy at Athletico Physical Therapy in the Chicago area, where he was a key driver of the company’s impressive growth plan and existing portfolio performance improvement. Prior to that, he served in leadership roles at Walgreens and Paylocity. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois.
