Jessica has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2013. She attended Capella University, graduating in 2017 with both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in ABA. Jessica has extensive experience with various ages and in several settings, including a therapeutic day school, home-based therapy, clinic environments, an adult day program, and school consultation services. She began her career in ABA as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and, since earning her board certification in 2017, has held roles as a BCBA, clinical supervisor, and supervision coordinator, mentoring and overseeing aspiring BCBAs. Jessica is deeply committed to advocating for equity and inclusion for individuals of all abilities and is passionate about teaching meaningful skills that promote long-term growth, independence, and quality of life.
