Rebecca has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in human services from Rasmussen University in 2017 and earned her master’s degree in ABA from Capella University in 2022. Having served as a behavior technician, a case manager, a behavior consultant, and a mental health program director, Rebecca has extensive experience working with individuals of different ages and backgrounds with autism and other mental health needs. Since 2023, she has focused that experience on early intervention with ages 2–7 and creating client–specific programs aimed at developing specific skills. Rebecca loves getting to know the children and families she works with, helping them gain skills to have the life they want, and seeing and celebrating all the small wins with everyone.
