Sara has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019 and has developed a strong passion for supporting children and their families through individualized, evidence-based care. She graduated with bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2018 and a master’s degree in special education, with an emphasis in ABA, in 2022. Across her career she has worked in school and clinic settings, gaining experience providing direct therapy, consulting with teams, training staff, and developing behavior intervention plans. This well-rounded experience has given her a deep understanding of how to effectively design, implement, and support treatment across a variety of settings and learner profiles. As clinical director, Sara is excited to bring her diverse experience to the role and lead with compassion, collaboration, and high standards of care—ensuring success for clients, families, and staff alike.
