Giovanna began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2014 as a line therapist, driven by a passion for helping children grow and succeed. While advancing from behavior technician to senior staff and beyond, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2018 and her master of education in ABA from St. Edward’s University in 2022. With experience supporting autistic individuals from ages 2 to 21, Giovanna has found her true calling in early childhood intervention. Her approach is grounded in play-based strategies and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), using the power of play and connection to build communication, foster social bonds, and support meaningful daily routines. She believes that progress starts with trust—and that building strong, supportive relationships with both children and their families is key to lasting success.
