Madison has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2018 and began working as a registered behavior technician (RBT). While completing her master’s degree in psychology, with an emphasis on ABA, at Capella University, Madison served as a program manager and became a BCBA in 2020. Across her career, Madison has dedicated herself to serving children ages 2–18—including those with dual diagnoses and medical complexities—across clinic, home, community, and telehealth environments. She is passionate about unlocking each child’s potential by fostering communication and adaptive skills that lead to self-advocacy and independence. Through compassionate parent guidance and collaborative mentorship, she strives to build meaningful connections that uplift every family and team member.
