Meet the CCOE Leadership Team
With more than 100 years of cumulative clinical experience, the CCOE leadership team ensures Caravel provides exceptional care and support to children with autism and their families.
As director of quality assurance and outcomes, Dr. Lisa ensures the delivery of high-quality services and strong clinical outcomes. She oversees quality assurance and improvement programs, leads the execution of projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical practices, directs outcomes data strategy, and supports clinical leaders in the field.
Having worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2003, Dr. Lisa has extensive experience working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of settings. Throughout her career, she has conducted one-on-one treatment, developed and implemented comprehensive therapy plans, provided staff supervision and family and caregiver training, collaborated across disciplines, and developed behavior intervention plans for problem behavior. Dr. Lisa is a BCBA and earned her doctoral degree from the Chicago School. She has worked in a variety of different capacities, most recently as clinic director overseeing all clinical and operational activities. Her research interests include staff and caregiver training, verbal behavior, skill acquisition, and client outcomes.
In addition to her role at Caravel, Lisa is an adjunct instructor at the Chicago School and Ball State University, where she teaches graduate level courses in ABA and special education. Lisa also currently serves as the conference chair for the Wisconsin Association for Behavior Analysis (WisABA).
A cofounder of Caravel, Chris has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the United States, Canada, and Europe since 1994. He has held various roles throughout his career—from behavior therapist to clinic director to overseeing operations and diagnostics—and was among the first to bring ABA to Fox Valley, Wisconsin. Chris is passionate about providing high-quality autism treatment to those in need. He equally loves working with children and their families, helping them learn new skills, and aiding employees to develop and grow within their positions.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from St. Norbert College, his master of science in counseling from Capella University, and his BCBA certification from Florida Institute of Technology.
As vice president of clinical excellence, Dr. Jodi sustains Caravel’s vision for compassionate, high-quality care. Responsible for the development, implementation, and excellence of clinical programs, she plans and directs improvement practices through education, mentoring, behavioral systems analysis, and ongoing evaluation of clinical operation outcomes. Dr. Jodi has more than 18 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—providing care, directing clinical and operational programs, consulting, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting research. She is a BCBA and earned her doctoral degree in rehabilitation from Southern Illinois University
