Caravel Autism Health – Appleton
Jessica has been working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related diagnoses since 2005, providing both center-based and in-home therapy. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology, minor in Language Studies and emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also obtained her Organizational Behavior Management certificate in summer 2017 through Florida Institute of Technology. She assisted in the development of the first center-based Autism treatment operation in Northeast Wisconsin and the Fox Valley in February, 2012.
Rissa Pierce, BCBA
Rissa started providing services to adults with cognitive delays in 2009 while working towards her Bachelor’s Degree at UW Oshkosh. After graduating in 2012 as a Psych Major, she started working with Caravel Autism Health, providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum, finding her passion to help make a difference for the kids and their families. She continued to work with a wide variety of children in a rapidly growing company. Rissa grew into the Senior position, allowing to work more closely with families and other professionals in the field. Today, Rissa serves as the Site Director of Caravel’s Appleton location in which she spends most of her working time introducing new families and staff, as well as over seeing center operations.
Robyn Albright, BCBA
Robyn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed in the state of Wisconsin. She received her bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2006 and her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2018. Robyn began her career as a line therapist working directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder within the home setting and transitioned into a Senior Therapist position, supervising teams and overseeing treatment and behavior support plans. Robyn recently transitioned into a Lead BCBA position, continuing to provide oversight on treatment across clients. Robyn has a range of experience, including skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction, particularly with early intervention. Robyn also shows great passion and dedication to working closely with parents and families.
