Caravel Autism Health – Kimberly
Jessica has been working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related diagnoses since 2005, providing both center-based and in-home therapy. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology, minor in Language Studies and emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She also obtained her Organizational Behavior Management certificate in summer 2017 through Florida Institute of Technology. She assisted in the development of the first center-based Autism treatment operation in Northeast Wisconsin and the Fox Valley in February, 2012.
Krysta Matter, BCBA
Krysta is the Site Director at Caravel Autism Health’s Kimberly center. She received her bachelor’s degree in Education from Lakeland University in 2009 and is certified to teach grades 1-8. Krysta began her career as a line technician in 2014 working one on one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Krysta also held positions as a Technician Coach and Behavioral Treatment Therapist before transitioning to her current role as Site Director. Krysta has experience hiring and training staff, communicating with families and other professionals, organizing and submitting authorizations, writing treatment plans, and supervising staff.
Michael is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He is also licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Wisconsin. Michael completed his Bachelor’s degree through the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis. He graduated with his Masters in Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in 2017, while working with individuals with developmental disabilities at the New England Center for Children in Southborough, Massachusetts. Michael obtained his Board Certification in December of 2017. His training includes intensive clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults in a residential setting as well as home-based ABA treatment with younger children to adolescents with differing severity levels of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Michael has experience in behavioral assessment methods, skill acquisition of social, daily living, and communication skills as well as reducing challenging behaviors through the development of behavior support plans. He has also worked as a consultant with public schools in the Boston area, collaborating with school administration and families to best support IEP goals.
Savanah is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder since 2005. She received her bachelor’s degree from University Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in psychology and an emphasis in behavior analysis. She graduated with her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. Her experience includes working with individuals with autism in educational, clinical, and home-based settings. Savanah has extensive clinical experience in designing, providing, and supervising interventions to serve children and adolescents with autism. Savanah is dedicated to improving socially significant behaviors of individuals with autism.
