Caravel Autism Health has recently signed a lease in Emerald Crossings II located at 14813 W. 101st Avenue in Dyer, IN. The clinic offers one-to-one therapy and peer interaction in a welcoming, child-friendly environment designed especially for children on the autism spectrum. The clinic has locations in 7 different states and will be their second location in Northwest, IN. The plans are to get started on the buildout immediately and hopefully be open within the next couple of months.
Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations. “Caravel is a great organization and will be a perfect fit for this location and will be an asset to the local community.”
