Media & Press, Press Releases | November 15, 2018

Caravel Autism Health welcomes Celeste Hunter, Ph.D., CRC, Resident Psychologist to our Madison and Milwaukee area clinics. Dr. Hunter is performing diagnostic evaluations for autism, assessing children and teens. These assessments involve observing the child at the clinic appointment, interviewing the parent and the child (if the child can speak) and gathering information about how the child functions at home and in the community.

Dr. Hunter earned her doctorate in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she specialized in psychosocial adjustment to disability, neuropsychology and clinical competency. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).

“I love working with kids because they are full of hope and growth potential, “said Dr. Hunter. “It’s the best feeling in the world to be part of a team that helps a child make meaningful gains.”

Caravel Autism Health’s Madison area clinics are located at 2418 Crossroads Drive Suite 1600 near the I-90 and US 151 interchange and in Fitchburg at 2916 Marketplace Drive Suite 104 off South Seminole Highway. The Milwaukee area location is 330 South Executive Drive, Suite 210, Brookfield in an office complex near the Brookfield Square Mall.
