Caravel Autism Health has opened two new locations in Illinois and Wisconsin. Caravel Autism Health clinics are designed to provide comprehensive support for families. Each clinic offers diagnostic evaluations by specially trained psychologists and creates customized ABA therapy programs to help children with autism. Most of Caravel Autism Health’s individualized therapy provides in-home ABA therapy in a child’s natural environment.
With the opening of its newest clinic in Orland Park, Caravel Autism Health is now serving families from five centers in the Chicago metropolitan area. Leading the new Orland Park site as Clinic Director is Melanie Rickert, MA and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. “Our newest clinic brings Caravel’s deep experience and best practices closer to home for families in Chicago’s south suburbs,” explains Rickert, “where we are working with children and their families to develop skills, create connections and instill confidence.” Diagnostic evaluations are performed by Chicago area psychologist Michael “Dr. Mike” Mihajlovic, Psy.D. The new clinic is located at 15255 94th Avenue, Suite #400 in Orland Park.
In the west Madison area, Caravel Autism Health has moved to a new location that offers both clinic-based and in-home ABA therapy to families. Christine Wilkins, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Advanced Practice Social Worker, serves as the Clinic Director. Wilkins works directly with west Madison-area families to evaluate whether a home-based or clinic-based ABA therapy program will best serve each child. Diagnostic evaluation appointments are now available with resident psychologist Celeste Hunter, Ph.D., CRC. The new clinic is located at 342 Junction Road in Madison.
This latest expansion brings the number of Caravel Autism Health clinics to a total of 10 in the greater Chicago region and in the Milwaukee, Green Bay, Wausau, and Madison areas of Wisconsin.
