How to Pay
- Families may pay outstanding balances using any major credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or by check.
- Balances incurred at Caravel may also be paid through an HSA or FSA account.

- All families who do not have Medicaid (primary or secondary) are scheduled for a Financial Advocacy call in which we explain how their insurance works, what they can expect in out-of-pocket expenses, and how our billing and collection processes work.

Almost every plan covers autism therapy, but there are a few exceptions. We will verify this for you as part of the onboarding process.
If your plan does not cover autism therapy, there are options. You may be eligible for a state program or can obtain a plan from the Health Insurance Marketplace. We will help guide you through this.
