Our office in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is located in Schaumburg. This office is located near the Interstate 290-90 interchange, next to the Woodfield Mall on Plaza Drive.

Andrea McLaughlin, Lead BCBA

Andrea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead BCBA with Caravel Autism Health. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis while pursuing her undergraduate degree in psychology from UW-Madison. During her time as an undergraduate, she complemented her experience by doing applied work in ABA with academic research, assisting in studies that examined the impact that raising a child with autism has on marital relationships. Following her undergraduate degree, Andrea relocated to the Chicagoland area where she continued her applied work and expanded on her career in ABA by conducting and assisting in applied research for teens and young adults with autism. Since then, Andrea has completed her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a graduate certificate in Autism from Ball State University. Now, Andrea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in collaborating and conducting therapy in schools, daycare, homes, and the community. She is passionate about promoting functional skills and independence while changing the lives of her clients and families.


Tiffany Spicer, Lead BCBA

Tiffany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead BCBA with Caravel Autism Health. She graduated from National-Louis University with a B.A. in Psychology. Following graduation, she relocated to California to pursue a master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. During this time, she provided ABA services throughout the Greater Los Angeles area in both the school and home settings. Tiffany relocated to Illinois and began working for Caravel in June of 2017. Tiffany is passionate about supporting and developing clinicians who support children with ASD and their families.
